1983 Custom Blount Shipyard Baltimore Clipper

Boston, Massachusetts

$250,000

Preliminary Listing, More Photos and Info Coming Soon
This is your opportunity to own a legend! The tall ship Liberty Clipper is for sale. She's currently sailing out of Boston Harbor. She has a current USCG Certificate of Inspection and the capability to carry passengers on day-trips or to accommodate 24 overnight in her private cabins.
The opportunities are endless. She has sailed far and wide, offering cruises in the Bahamas, and is a great business opportunity. She is a modern replica of a Baltimore Clipper style schooner, which were widely used during the 18th and 19th centuries. Known to be some of the fastest sailing vessels of their day, many Baltimore Clipper schooners were used as Privateers during the War for Independence and the War of 1812, and were also utilized in many large ports as pilot ships to guide visiting vessels into the harbor. So for a vessel of her dimensions, she is a sprightly sailor.
You could even purchase her to be a private vessel which could accommodate a large family or all your friends! Be prepared to put them to work, as this is not a vessel that can be handled by one or two people. Your guests will love the traditional style, and you will have heads turn in every harbor.
